A first short consultation over the phone is necessary before any sessions of Hypnotherapy, Healing and Coaching.

Following the consultation, a consent form will be sent by email and filled by the client and signed before the start of the first session. In some cases, if the person is unable to fill the form a guardian or member of the family could do so.

You are allowed to bring someone with you during the session, but they will have to remain silent during the full length of the session and understand that what will be said or found during the therapy is private. The client is responsible for the person accompanying them. If they decide to share important information concerning the client outside the practice room Berangere Caillet (Bery) won’t be responsible.

Payment

Consultations can be paid in cash, credit card and bank transfer before the sessions.

In the case of audio/video Sessions, payment will be made at the same time as the booking. If the client fails to appear at the time of the appointment, the appointment will be treated as consumed, and no refunds will be issued by Berangere Caillet (Bery).

No-shows for appointments booked under any mode of contact (face to face/audio or video) are treated as availed services, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided by Berangere Caillet (Bery) in such a case.

If you need to re-schedule or cancel a session, please allow 48 hours notice.

If you are late for an appointment, please contact Berangere Caillet (Bery). The length of the session booked can’t be changed and you might have to book another session.

Berangere Caillet (Bery) is treating all kind of traumas with Hypnotherapy and Healing and might need your consent for contacting your GP. Everything shared between the client, the Therapist and the GP will remain confidential.
